Linda L. Harrell, 83, Greensburg, passed away at 5:15 A.M. on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Aspen Place Health Campus in Greensburg. She was born on June 9, 1941 in Connersville, the daughter of Raymond and Clara (Lautenbach) Doughty. She was a graduate of Center Grove High School and graduated from Cosmetology College in 1959. She was a member of Mt. Aerie Baptist Church in Letts. She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening, basketball games and spending time with her grandchildren. Linda married Carol K. Harrell on March 18, 1962 at Smith Valley Evangelical United Brethren Church. He preceded her in death on March 20, 2016. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Adams of Greensburg; son, Mike (Pam) Harrell of Columbus; sister-in-laws, Dorthy Harrell and Kathy Harrell; brothers, Fred Doughty and Tom (June) Doughty; grandchildren, Matthew AmRhein and Craig Adams; 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; sister, Patricia Rohde; in-laws, Everett and Pauline Harrell; granddaughter, Brittany Marie Harrell. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Mt. Aerie Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Aerie Baptist Church or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana through the funeral home.
