Donald Gene Allen, 81, of Cumming, Georgia passed away at 1:39 p.m. on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the Emory St. Joseph's Hospital at Atlanta, Georgia. He was born on April 3, 1939 in Letts, Indiana the son of Nolan F. and Mildred Lucille (Biddinger) Allen. Gene has resided in Georgia since 1981. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 46 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family. He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Marie Allen of Greensburg; his sons, Jeffery Thomas Allen and Christopher Francis Allen both of Cumming, Georgia; former wife, Jane Ann Allen of Cumming, Georgia; his sisters, Bonnie Gross-Rehm of Indianapolis, Joyce (Reuben) Kissel of Westport; his brothers, Tom (Janet) Allen of New Castle, Jim (Karen) Allen of Columbus, Larry (Mickey) Allen of Greensburg, Kevin (Barb) Allen of Elizabethtown, Greg (Virginia) Allen of Westport and Brad (Leslie) Allen of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren, Keelie Kay Allen and Connor Thomas Allen. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Sharon Kay Allen and his brother, Walter Ronald "Buck" Allen. There will be no service.
