Nettie Dale McCullough, 88, of Greensburg, passed away at 6:05 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Aspen Place Health Campus. She was born on June 11, 1932 in Decatur County, the daughter of Hugh A. and Inez Mae (Hockersmith) Colsher. She was born and raised in Decatur County. She was a former resident of Westport, Columbus and has lived the past 3 years in Greensburg. Nettie graduated from Sandcreek High School in 1950 and retired in 1994 from Reliance Electric after 28 1/2 years of service. She was a member of the Westport Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her son, Royce Dale (Deanna) McCullough of Westport; daughter, Susan (Marc) Meyerrose of Greensburg; sisters, Martha A. Rutan of Clinton, Janet (John) Teitsort and Judy (Darol) Herbert both of Westport; grandchildren, Nicholas E. Meyerrose of Avon; Jennifer Lynn (Derek) Chastain and Bryan Patrick (Sara) McCullough both of Westport; great grandchildren, Joshua, Daniel, Madeline, Stella, Riley and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Dorothy Colsher and grandson, Joshua McCullough. Private services will be conducted at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home with Rev. David Scaggs officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Aerie Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Westport Baptist Church.
