Ashley Joanna Pena, 36, of Indianapolis, passed away at 1:46 a.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at her residence. She was born on July 4, 1984 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Earl Pumphrey & Janet (Conley) Pumphrey Shannon. Ashley was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis and had graduated from Manuel High School in 2002. She sold Posh products on her online business Poshin Pixie. Survivors include her father, Earl Pumphrey of Indianapolis; her boyfriend, Earl Graves of Indianapolis; her daughter, Miley Graves of Indianapolis; her sons, Brayden Graves and Jayden Graves both of Indianapolis; her sister, Michelle Pumphrey of Indianapolis; her brothers, Charles Pumphrey of Greensburg and Earl Pumphrey of Indianapolis; her half-sister, Tabatha Cavendish of Indianapolis and her half-brother, Dakota Craft of Lebanon. She was preceded in death by her mother, Janet Shannon, and her aunt, Mary Hubbard. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with Pastor Ken Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the New Crown Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. We ask visitors to follow social distancing guidelines inside the funeral home and masks are recommended. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
