William Clay "Bill" Flack, 81, of Westport, at 12:43 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born on July 24, 1939 in Nicholasville, Kentucky the son of John and Gladys (Fields) Flack. He had been a resident of Decatur County the majority of his life. He retired from Federal Mogul/BCA in 2001 after 30 years of service. Bill served in the National Guard and was a member of the Greensburg American Legion Post #129. He enjoyed fishing, model trains and spending time with his grandchildren. He married Charlene Kay Morgan in Greensburg on November 3, 1962. She preceded him in death on December 28, 1993. Survivors include daughters, Lori (Richard) Ferguson of Durham, North Carolina and Kimberly Parks of Greensburg; son, Timothy (Anna) Flack of Greensburg; brother, Douglas Flack of Tennessee; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 2 aunts and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; a brother, Robert Flack and a sister, Joan Flack. According to his wishes he will be cremated and burial will be at Richland-Fisher Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to American Diabetes Association.
