Tommas Tommy Fleenor, 69, of Shelbyville, passed away at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Heritage House of Shelbyville. He was born on October 8, 1949 in Millsboro, Kentucky, the son of John E. & Ruby (Powell) Davis. He resided in Decatur County the majority of his life and had been a resident of Shelbyville for the past 23 years. Tommy had been employed at Paul Walston Auto Body, and had also worked at several car dealerships in Decatur County as well as being self-employed in body work. He was a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles and The Sons of the American Legion both in Greensburg. He enjoyed socializing, John Wayne, watching Westerns and spending time with his family. He married Donna L. Koors in Greensburg on September 9, 1996 and she survives. Other survivors include his sons, Marshal Fleenor and Ike (Bridgette Baldwin) Fleenor both of Greensburg, John Fleenor of Shelbyville; daughters, Teresa Fleenor of Indianapolis, Abagail Fleenor and Amy Fleenor both of Greensburg and Samantha Fleenor of Shelbyville; and a special niece, Halei Case of Shelbyville; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Paul Bradley Fleenor. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with Abagail Fleenor officiating. Burial will follow at the Westport Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
