Londa Sue Thompson, 67, of Westport, passed away at 11:08 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020 at her residence. She was born on September 17, 1952 in Decatur County the daughter of Adam S. and Sarah Grace (Lehman) Idlewine. She was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and a graduate of South Decatur High School. She married Michael D. Thompson in Westport on December 24, 1970. He preceded her in death on July 30, 1999. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Jennifer) Thompson of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Benjamin and Molly Thompson of Shelbyville; her sisters, Rita Faye (Rick) Bennett of Westport and Patricia Christian of Columbus. She was preceded in by her parents. Following her wishes she will be cremated and there will a memorial service held at a later date.
