Tarry Lee Snow, 72, of Greensburg, passed away at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at U. C. Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on February 16, 1946 in Decatur County, Indiana the son of Wayne and Lillian (Messer) Snow. He had been a Decatur County resident for a majority of his life. He was a veteran having served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era where he received a Purple Heart and an Army Commendation Medal for heroism. He was a member of the American Legion #129 in Greensburg. Tarry retired from Printpack in 2008 after 36 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and sprint cars. Survivors include his daughters, Sandra Baker of Hastings, Florida, Amber (Jeff) Ramsey of Bright, Indiana, Leslie (Joe) Schultz and Shawna Cox both of Harrison, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Barbara Ann Cramer, Robert Snow, Glenn Snow and Jerry Snow. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, Indiana with military rites. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the American Legion #129 in Greensburg.
