Nancy L. Coby, 82, of Greensburg, passed away at 8:47 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Arbor Grove Village. She was born on October 4, 1936 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Hugh L. & Katherine (Ernstes) Pierpont. She was born and raised in Cincinnati and has been a resident of Greensburg since 2012. She married James B. Coby on July 14, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He preceded her in death on October 13, 1979. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Ann Allen of Greensburg; her sons, Michael James (Barbara Stamper) Coby, Robert Allen (Diane) Coby, Thomas Scott (Sandy) Coby and David Charles (Andrea) Coby all of Cincinnati, Ohio; her brothers, Robert Arthur Pierpont and Terry John (Jan) Pierpont both of Lynchburg, Virginia; 12 grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Joan Virginia Pierpont. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home with Daniel Coblentz officiating. Burial will be at the Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. A time of visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association through the funeral home.
